The Infiltrators is a docu-thriller unlike any other, telling the true story of young immigrants who are detained by Border Patrol and thrown into a shadowy for-profit detention center – on purpose.   1. Finally saw this docu drama about two young Dreamers infiltrating the Broward County Detention Center run by ICE in Florida. This all occurred during the Obama Administration, where discretionary releases were granted for potential deportees, if enough pressure was put on the case from Congresspersons or the media. The two infiltrators themselves are Dreamers as well, so were in jeopardy of deportation as well. Sad state of affairs for allegedly illegal aliens (Dreamers or refugees), but must be worse now under Trump Administration.
