In a short and sweet video, the Lincoln Project condemned Doug Ducey’s school grant programs that encourage families to be unsafe and spread the Coronavirus.
Remember the Lincoln Project is staffed by former Republicans disgusted with the direction of their former party.
The video shows a map of the United States Coronavirus cases over the last two weeks (Arizona is experiencing an uptick.)
The digital ad starts with the sentence:
Doug Ducey has a question for the parents of Arizona.
It then segues to an MSNBC reporter, Erin McLaughlin, recounting Ducey’s school grant incentive program from federal COVID Relief funds (which the Treasury Department and Arizona Democrats question) to reward families and schools that do not support or provide mask or vaccine mandates. Schools that promote mask mandates will not be eligible.
The ad then goes to the questions:
Which one do you value more?
Your Child’s Education?
Or their life?
The video ends with Tucson Mayor Regina Romero calling Ducey’s school grant program “just evil.”

Mayor Romero is right. Ducey’s program is evil.
How can someone offer incentives to risk children’s lives?
How can anyone support that?
What families and schools would honestly apply for this blood money?
Hopefully, none and voters will remember this and NEVER NEVER elect Doug Ducey or anyone who supports this monstrous program to any political office again.
