I think this health care bill is bad politically for Republicans. But I didn't say "Waterloo." David Frum did.

"How do you tell seniors we're going to put the hole back in the doughnut? How do you tell 26 year olds who are on their parents' insurance, 'Sorry, you're fired'? That's not going to happen."
