For voters who are still looking for a reason to vote for Joe Biden and Mark Kelly this November, look no further than the United States Supreme Court.
Potentially, there are four reasons sitting right now on the high courts bench.
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg just announced that she is undergoing chemotherapy treatment for the reoccurrence of cancer.

While her prognosis is listed as favorable, this is the second health care for her this week.
Earlier she was in the hospital overnight to clean out of a bile duct stent.
Justice Ginsburg, who is 87, said she is fully capable of fulfilling her court duties.
Thank God.
Everyone should wish Justice Ginsburg good health and a swift recovery.
Moving forward, voters need to recognize that there are four Supreme Court Justices who are 70 or older. They are Justices Ginsburg, Breyer, Thomas, and Alito. Justices Sotomayor is 66 and Justice Roberts is 65.
A potentially new Biden Administration, if elected to two full terms starting this November 3, may have a historic opportunity to shift the philosophical slant of the Supreme Court from center-right to center-left for the first time in close to 40 years.
A Democratic Senate, with Mark Kelly as one of its 100 members, would greatly assist in the confirmation process of these judicial nominees.
Furthermore, voters need to consider the many lower court vacancies that will occur with centrist and left of center judges just waiting for a Democrat in the White House to retire.
A recent article from the American Prospect suggests that Mr. Biden should follow the Jimmy Carter example where the 39th President appointed 39 percent of the federal bench, selecting “the most diverse judges to that point in American history.”
Biden might also do well (this is going to hurt) follow Mr. Trump’s example and release a list of potential Supreme Court Nominees. While some in Democratic circles feel that is not appropriate, recent reporting by the Hill has indicated that the former Vice President’s team, working off his promise to appoint a black woman jurist to the High Court, are composing such a list.
Whomever Joe Biden chooses for the Supreme and lower courts will undoubtedly be more favorable to most Americans on the issues of reproductive choice, environmental protection, campaign finance laws, and voting rights.
When considering just the Judicial Branch of the United States, there are a lot of reasons to vote for Joe Biden and a Democratic Senate (including Mark Kelly) this November over Donald Trump.

Hog castrator to the world, Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA), reveals the absolute evil of authoritarian Republicans: “the U.S. Senate should rush to appoint a new justice to the U.S. Supreme Court in a November or December “lame duck” session of Congress—even if President Donald Trump loses the election, and even if Senate Republicans lose control of that chamber of the legislature.”

Notorious RBG needs to make it to January 3, 2021 when the 117th Congress is sworn in.
If they pull that, I believe Biden would well be within his constitutional rights to appoint two more justices and bring it up to 11. There is no Constitutional number on how many seats sit on the court. McConnell proved that when he stole Garland’s seat.
Seems Biden would be within his constitutional rights regardless of what McConnell could do. And as said earlier, Biden should.
