Oh, and the 800 number idea for reporting abuses is innovative.
Shopper: "Hello, the guy next to me, just used food stamps and also bought a 6 pack of beer."
800 operator: "What's his name?"
Shopper: "I don't know. he's wearing a plaid shirt and……"
Oh, did I neglect to mention that Melvin, Gowan and Stevens have their names on the bill as well?
