If the letter below to the Prime Minister of Norway expressing his desire to annex Greenland is in part due to not being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, does not convince Republicans in Congress or the Trump cabinet that Donald Trump is truly insane, what will?
This letter comes after another weekend of unhinged behavior from the already twice impeached and 34-time convicted White House occupant, where he signaled he was prepared to send 1500 army troops into Minneapolis, his Injustice Department launched meritless inquiries into Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, and Chase Banking head Jamie Dimon, and he threatened those nations that sent security forces to Greenland with punitive tariffs.
While Democratic members of Congress like Arizona’s Yassamin Ansari are moving on a petition to start the impeachment process on Homeland Insecurity-Leading Gestapo Head, and Corey Lewandowski (probably the real power behind the throne) bedmate Kristi Noem, it is time for Democrats and sane Republicans to move articles of impeachment for the third time on Mr. Trump who again has demonstrated he is not fit to be President.
Donald Trump, with his Gilded Age mentality, science denialism, serial lying about virtually everything, and white nationalist worldview straight from the KKK, is destroying this country’s economy and social fabric.
His policies, including allowing vaccine denier Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to spew opinions that have helped launch the worst measles epidemic in decades and allowing Judenrat Stephen Miller, Mr. Lewandowski, and his girlfriend Noem, and Tom ‘$50,000 bribe’ Hohman to send ICE agents to terrify innocent people, including American Citizens, are literally killing people here and around the world.
His outdated Manifest Destiny and American Imperialist designs on Venezuela, Cuba, Canada, Mexico, and Greenland are threatening to jettison the internationalist world order that has paved the way for general (not regional) peace and economic (though uneven) prosperity since World War Two.
On the threat to Greenland, Senator Ruben Gallego was right to call Trump’s moves “the dumbest thing a President has done in the history of this country,” which will benefit no one in this country and only enrich China, who are rushing to make deals with the nations Trump is trying to build a tariff wall around.
Trump’s global policies are also making Russia’s Putin smile, too.
His corruption, ranging from enriching himself and his family from the Presidency to protecting his friends by stalling the release of the Epstein Files, shows he lacks the character to hold that office.
His above letter to the Norwegian Foreign Minister, as well as taking the Nobel Peace Prize from Venezuelan Opposition Leader María Corina Machado, reveals how juvenile and mentally unstable he is.
Donald Trump is insane and unfit to serve as President.
Democrats and Republicans need to band together for the good of the country and remove him either through impeachment or the 25th Amendment.
Hopefully, when that is accomplished, a President JD Vance, freed from having to bow to Trump’s insanity, would get rid of the other fascists and reality deniers in the White House and Cabinet like Noenm, Miller, Hohman, Lewandowski, and Kennedy.
I know that is hoping for a lot, but the country and the world can not let this disaster continue to fester.
Donald Trump lives in the past.
It is time to make him part of it.
