“Climate change is real and affecting our home. Hear how to put the brakes on climate change and learn about ways to deal with a hotter future. Meet students who are taking action and arm yourself with information.
All programs take place at the Joel D Valdez Main Library, 101. N. Stone Ave. in the Lower Level Meeting Room. Show up at 2:30 pm to interact with youth environmental groups. Lectures start at 3 pm. These events are sponsored by Citizen’s Climate Lobby and UA Institute of the Environment.

Presented by Dr. Gregg Garfin. Gregg Garfin is an associate professor in climate, natural resources and policy in the University of Arizona’s School of Natural Resources and the Environment, and deputy director for science translation and outreach in the University’s Institute of the Environment.
