Announcment from the Arizona Democratic Party:
The Arizona Democratic Party and Arizona List are proud to partner in an important resource for candidates going into the 2012 election cycle. The 2012 Democratic Candidate Summit will be held on Dec. 9-10 at the Wyndham Hotel in downtown Phoenix. This two-day event will feature campaign essentials that every candidate, potential candidate and campaign principal should add to their 2012 artillery. All those interested are invited to participate in one of two tracks:
Candidate Track
Participants in the candidate track should be Democratic candidates or potential candidates for the 2012 election cycle or future elections. The candidate track will be appropriate for all levels of government. Participants will receive training in the areas of fundraising, strategic communications/messaging and grassroots networking.
Campaign Manager Track
Participants in the campaign manager track should be the campaign manager of an upcoming Democratic campaign or a key campaign operative. Participants will receive training on building and maintaining a campaign operation. Areas will include campaign plan logistics, targeting, budgets and field operations.
The training will run from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Dec. 9 and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Dec. 10. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the training will begin each day at 9:30 a.m. SHARP.
There is a nominal $35 registration fee to attend this seminar. Arizona Democratic Party and Arizona List will provide breakfast, lunch, supplies and training materials that you will need throughout the day. Partial participation is not possible. Participants must commit to attending the entire program in order to participate.
