6th Annual Tucson Sculpture Festival

Sculpturefest2015

sculpturefestmap2015

Be there on January 31 to experience a wonderland of sculptures in all mediums — wood, metal, ceramic, paper, natural stones, plastic, etc. We’ve been to this show in the past, and it’s stunning.

Info from FB page:
The 6th Annual Tucson Sculpture Festival hosted by The Drawing Studio will showcase more than 75 sculptors at The Art Gallery (1122 N. Stone Ave), Saturday, January 31st – Saturday, February 14th.

The 2015 show will not only host new work by local sculptors, but pieces by artists from Texas, New York, Germany and China will also be represented. This year the festival will include the participation of other local galleries: The Moen Mason Gallery, The Granada Gallery and The Sculpture Resource Center.

TSF’s Opening Reception will be at The Art Gallery (northeast corner of Stone and Speedway) on January 31st from 6-9 followed by two weeks of open doors to the Gallery to see the fine work. The festival in 2014 brought in over 800 sculpture enthusiasts opening night alone and we anticipate more in 2015.

Standing room only at last night’s opening of this sculpture festival — amazingly beautiful pieces this year in wood, stone, paper, metal, glass, plastic, etc. Wow. Need to return to see the art w/o all the people milling around. Enjoy this terrific show. Congrats to Tanya for such a great display and event. Don’t forget closing reception on Feb. 14, same place at the Art Gallery.
