The Ad Council recently released a series of political spots aimed at boosting youth voting. The ads, and an Onionesque companion web site, highlight to superior qualifications for office of several more or less inanimate objects. The ads are just brilliant and deserve some viral love.

The campaigns have come to an agreement on debates. There will be six debate with two televised, if you consider Access cable and KUAT to be televised. I’m rather surprised there are so many. I would have predicted 2 or 3, all televised. And I would have packed more of them into mid-October. Should be
