Announcement from the Arizona AFL-CIO:
The 53rd Biennial Convention of the Arizona AFL-CIO will take place on Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1, 2011 at the Wyndham Hotel, 50 East Adams Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004.
In addition to the normal course of business, this year’s convention will feature several informative workshops and some very special guest speakers. Delegates will also be electing an Executive Council and the top three Arizona AFL-CIO officers – the President, Secretary-Treasurer, and Executive Vice-President.
The Wyndham Hotel has extended the cutoff date for convention attendees to make room reservations at the discounted group rate. The new cutoff date is September 22. Make your reservations now by calling (602) 333-5000 or (800) 996-3426. You MUST say you are with the Arizona AFL-CIO Convention to get the discount rate.
