As chair of the Arizona Democratic Party’s Hall of Fame Selection Committee, I am writing to invite you to submit nominations for the upcoming Hall of Fame dinner. The dinner has been a tradition of the State Party for nearly 20 years and will take place this year in early October.

At past ceremonies, we have honored Arizona Democrats for their longstanding service and dedication to the community and the values, principles, and mission of the Party. Some of these worthy inductees include Governors Raul Castro and Bruce Babbitt for their leadership, Pam Grissom for her tireless work supporting female candidates, Lois Pfau for her tremendous efforts on countless campaigns, and George Cunningham for his 30 years in the State Senate. After such a successful convention, Democrats need to keep the enthusiasm high and momentum going to elect not just our President to a second term, but Democrats throughout the state! One way to do that is by coming together to honor those individuals who have contributed much to our party. The winning nominees will be inducted in early October at the Arizona Democratic Party’s annual Hall of Fame Dinner.
