CD4 Congressional candidate, David Brill, is a former history teacher , doctor and VA provider. He is very pro public education and is running against Gosar. Please look at his record. He is a champion for public schools.
Not sure why AEA didn’t endorse Democrat David Brill in CD 4. They didn’t endorse in all LDs either, so my guess if that they don’t have time/resources to check all the races, which is unfortunate. Thanks for commenting on CD 4.
Please note that there are other strong pro-public education legislative candidates that AEA did not endorse because they (AEA) opted not to “play” in those districts. You would think they would endorse all pro-public education candidates, because our public schools need all the friends they can get. If you live in a district not listed, please do your research!
Thanks for pointing that out Linda. I wondered why there were no “recommendations” for LD 11, where your wife Hollace Lyon is running for House. Voters should check out these oversights.
Already sent my ballot in, but I do appreciate the various recommendations posts for those who haven’t. I hope we see this state turn around, but I’m not betting on it without massive turnout. Thank you for keeping up with the goings on in the state!
Thanks for your comment. Hope others who are undecided see all our posts for information on how to vote by November 6th. I only saw this AEA announcement recently on FB.
