Former President Joe Biden, the man who brought the country back from the ravages of the Coronavirus, secured landmark legislation in infrastructure and clean energy, provided prescription drug benefits to seniors, oversaw the creation of ten million new jobs, and made record appointments in women and minorities to the federal judiciary, only to get stabbed in the back by fair weather Democrats and mis/uniformed voters who forgot all things bad about Trump after just one disastrous debate performance, has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostrate cancer.
Everyone that is decent wishes this great leader, the first Democrat to win three national elections since FDR, a quick and speedy recovery from the latest challenge in his long life of service and personal tragedy.
Arizona leaders were quick to send their good wishes to the former President.
Governor Katie Hobbs conveyed:
“This is horrible news. My heart is with former President Biden and his entire family.”
Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego posted:
“I’m wishing my very best to @JoeBiden and @DrBiden as the former president takes the next steps in cancer treatment. A cancer diagnosis is extremely tough news for a family and the Bidens will be in my thoughts over the weeks ahead.”
Arizona Democratic Assistant House Leader Nancy Gutierrez commented:
“I’m sending my prayers to the entire Biden family. Cancer is merciless. He is a fighter and will have the support of so many.”

Senator Mark Kelly remarked:
“Gabby and I are thinking about President Biden and his family as he embarks on this latest challenge. He’s always been a fighter and we know he’ll give this everything he’s got.”
Senator Kelly’s wife, former Representative Gabby Giffords also posted:
