Arizona Virtual Academy and K12 Inc: The failure of the for-profit model

Yesterday I posted a segment of "Education: The Rest of the Story" where Ann-Eve Pedersen discussed Craig Barrett's scheme to change Arizona's education funding to slant it toward charter schools. Here's a segment I did that goes into one of the many ventures Barrett is involved in: K12 Inc. He sits on the national Board of Directors of the for-profit corporation, which runs the 4,200 student online charter school, Arizona Virtual Academy.
