Beat the Heat at Cooling centers in Pima County

Pima County offers resources on how to stay cool during these long hot summers in the SW desert of Arizona.

Here’s link to online map of various cooling centers including public libraries, with a useful info on Sun Tran buses (running free) to these 39 locations:

Thanks to Dem activist Lillian Fox of Democrats of Greater Tucson for this info. These cooling centers offer a much needed cooling area for people who don’t have adequate air conditioning or resources to pay for them, or are homeless and in need of respite from the desert heat.
