Description“Join us and local artists as we host a special nighttime market at BICAS! We’ll have our renowned metal art and local artists! Catch the good vibes under the full moon and celebrate our birthday too with a BBQ! Show your support for local artists and the BICAS non-profit organization! It’s free to attend, and we’ll be accepting donations for our upcoming art auction! It’ll be held in the BICAS yard, just to the side of our warehouse. We are seeking artists to apply and we are seeking lighting! If you have cafe lights or any outdoor lighting we can borrow, please email art@bicas.org or drop them by the shop and say this is for the Art Mart! We’re so excited to be planning this event and hosting local talent and emerging artists!”
Carolyn’s note: I love this art mart, with creative objects made from bike parts, etc. It’s usually bicycle themed and therefore car-free, enjoyed by my bike commuter husband and me, a recreational bike rider. And it is a super moon on September 29, 2023. Their address 2001 is easy to remember due to the sci-fi movie with the same name, and BICAS is south of Grant Rd. , east of Stone Avenue.
