Candidates who do not advance from the primary election have fifteen (15) days after election day to remove their campaign signs. Arizona Revised Statutes § 16-1019 (H).
A homeowner’s association may prohibit the display of campaign signs later than three (3) days after an election day. Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-1261 (E).
In other words, losing primary candidates, it would be greatly appreciated if you remove your campaign signs before this weekend, because there are general election candidates who would really like the space your campaign signs are currently occupying for the general election. (If you will leave behind your rebar, that would be totally awesome of you!)
Campaign sign blight, round 2 begins!
