CEBV Guide to the Arizona propositions on the 2024 General Election ballot

Civic Engagement Beyond Voting has just posted this info on the AZ ballot propositions for the Nov. 5, 2024 General Election. Basically they say vote NO on all, except Prop. 139 Arizona Abortion Access:

Summary. The Arizona Abortion Access Act would restore the rights that generations of women had under Roe v. Wade by amending the state Constitution to guarantee a fundamental right to receive abortion care until the fetus is viable outside the uterus (up to 24 weeks), with exceptions after that point if a health care provider deems it necessary to preserve the life, physical or mental health of their patient.”

So vote no on Propositions 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 140, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315. YES on Prop. 139.

Vote wisely on or before Nov. 5, 2024. Early ballots go out on October 9, 2024.

  1. It only takes a one vote majority to send piles of nonsense to the ballot to avoid a veto, instead of looking for compromises. It takes hundreds of thousands to go around the one vote majority. And even then, they throw every legal challenge but the kitchen sink to keep petitions off the ballot. And Kavanagh’s gang of thieves want to always make it EVEN HARDER or preferrably impossible, Putin or Maduro style. You are correct, its simple. If the legislature put it on the ballot, it is no good for the average Arizonan.
