On his blog, Daniel's News and Views, Rep. Daniel Patterson has some words of advice for John Huppenthal in response to his admission that he's been collecting signatures for his Ed Supe run, in apparent violation of the resign-to-run law:
Good luck, John, in your race [for Superintendent of Public Instruction], but you should now resign from the Senate. It's the law.
