Darcy Olsen repeats 1-to-1 teacher-to-bureaucrat ratio lie on the radio

I have this from 3 separate sources. This afternoon on the John C. Scott show, Darcy Olsen, President and CEO of the Goldwater Institute, repeated Matthew Ladner's claim that there is a 1-to-1 teacher-to-bureaucrat ration in Arizona's school districts.

When Ladner wrote me saying he wouldn't make that claim again, I guess he was just referring to himself, not his boss.

I'm working on getting a tape of the show.

UPDATE: According to commenter Patt, Olsen doubled down and said the same thing on Arizona Illustrated.
