Registration Open only 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Precinct Committee persons will caucus by Congressional District
and presidential preference to elect delegates to the
Democratic National Convention.

Congressional Districts 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 will caucus at the Phoenix Convention Center South Building, 100 N. 3rd Street in Phoenix.
Pima County Caucus Instructions and Information – click here
Congressional Districts 2 and 3 will caucus at the University of Arizona Center for English as a Second Language, 1100 E James E Rogers Way in Tucson. The old address for this building was 1100 East North Campus Drive.

To highlight a few key points:
NO proxies will be accepted at a caucus for Precinct Committeepersons who do not register in person.
Precinct Committeepersons who cannot attend the entire caucus session must first register in person 8-10 a.m. before they can give their proxy to another Precinct Committeeperson.
Registration
Registration will occur only 8:00 -10:00 a.m. After 10 a.m., registration will be closed, but PCs who have registered can give their proxies to a PC in the same CD and same presidential preference caucus. Only elected and appointed PCs can vote in the delegate selection process on April 16. Non-transferable proxies will be available, and a PC may complete a proxy at any time during the caucus at the Phoenix Convention Center or University of Arizona CESL on April 16. Additionally, a PC may be in possession of no more than three proxies. Lists of PCs will be available throughout the caucus sessions.
