Mark Epstein, brother of child sex predator Jeffrey Epstein, alleged to the FBI in 2023 that his brother was murdered because he was ready to “name names” and claimed President Trump was behind the death.
This came out in the December 23, 2025, batch of the Epstein files. “I have reason to believe he was killed because he was about to name names. I believe Presient [sic] Trump authorized is [sic] murder,” Mark Epstein alleged.
Former associate Ghislaine Maxwell also charges that Epstein was murdered.
Mark Epstein, 71, filed a complaint with the FBI in 2023 in which he claimed Trump “authorized” his brother’s murder. Jeffrey Epstein died of an apparent suicide in 2019 while facing sex trafficking charges.
Trump’s name appears approximately 1,500 to 1,600 times in recently released documents from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate.
This year, Trump has ordered the murders of 105 people who have been killed on boats in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific.
Remember that in 2016, Trump said, “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters, OK?”
Among the newly released materials is an FBI case file (EFTA00020518) dated October 2020 that contains an allegation of rape involving Trump. The document states that an unnamed individual alleged that “he raped me,” referring to Trump, and that “Donald J. Trump had raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein.”
This is exactly the kind of thing that Trump tried to keep secret.

The New York City Chief Medical Examiner officially ruled the death a suicide by hanging. However, the DOJ Office of the Inspector General reported in 2023 that:
- Epstein was taken off suicide watch against protocol and was without a cellmate on the night of his death, despite a previous apparent suicide attempt weeks earlier.
- Guards failed to perform the required 30-minute check-ins and falsified records to cover up the lapse.
- Security cameras in the cell area malfunctioned or were poorly positioned, and some footage was permanently deleted due to a clerical error, leaving gaps in the record that fuel speculation.
Forensics suggest homicide
Neck Injuries: Dr. Michael Baden, a forensic pathologist hired by Epstein’s brother to observe the autopsy, claimed that fractures to the hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage in Epstein’s neck were “extremely unusual in suicidal hangings” and more typical of homicidal strangulation.

Ligature Marks: Dr. Baden noted the neck wound was in the middle of Epstein’s neck, not under the jawbone as in a typical hanging, which he suggested was more consistent with strangulation by a wire or cord.
Scene Disarray/Lapses: A CBS News investigation obtained photos of the Cell that raised questions about whether the scene was properly preserved or fully inspected, highlighting multiple nooses being found and a lack of photographs of Epstein’s body in the Cell.
Conspiracy theories popular in rightwing circles assert that Epstein was murdered to prevent him from incriminating prominent figures who attended sex parties with underage girls at his homes in New York and Florida and on a 75-acre Caribbean island retreat.
Epstein introduces 14-year-old girl to Trump
In addition, a complaint (EFTA00019101) was filed in January 2020 by an unnamed woman in the Southern District of New York. The plaintiff, named Jane Doe, was introduced to Trump.
“Introducing 14-year-old Doe to Donald J. Trump, Epstein elbowed Trump, playfully asking him, referring to Doe, ‘This is a good one, right?’ Trump smiled and nodded in agreement. They both chuckled, and Doe felt uncomfortable, but, at the time, was too young to understand why,” the document reads.
A case file from the FBI (EFTA00020508) about investigations into Epstein’s crimes includes another mention of Trump, in which he is accused of hosting a party for sex workers.

Béatrice Keul, a 21-year-old Trump beauty pageant contestant and part-time model from Switzerland, said in an interview with The Times that, during the 1993 event, one of Mr. Trump’s employees asked her to meet privately with him in a suite upstairs. Almost as soon as she arrived, Ms. Keul said, Mr. Trump began groping her, kissing her and trying to lift her dress. “I yelled, I screamed, I pushed him,” she said. “He didn’t want to give up.”
She said she was withholding some details of what happened because she had been subject to anonymous threats.
