Carolyn’s note: Yee is the 2 term AZ State Treasurer (termed out), served in AZ Senate and House prior to current position. Dr. Ruiz is a retired educator, former President of Glendale Community College. Current Superintendent Tom Horne was defeated in the Republican primary on July 21, 2026. CCEC website indicates both candidates will be participating.
