“Racial healing restores individuals and communities to wholeness. Racial healing repairs the damage caused by racism. It facilitates trust, builds authentic relationships and bridges divides.”
Carolyn’s Note: I guess this day personally is for me to forgive those people who have verbally attacked me due to my race/ethnic appearance, and who denied me service at bakeries, restaurants. These are just people who need to be educated and forgiven (and forgotten). And time to forgive the U.S. government for relocating/interning my Japanese American people during WWII.
