Michael Bryan is an Arizona attorney and retired prosecutor, and a long-time observer and activist in Arizona politics. He has studied the proposed language and legal context of all the propositions and will present his personal evaluation of the propositions, along with reasons for his conclusions and the common arguments for and against them. Michael will only adress the state-wide Props (100 and 300 numbered) and not the local props (400 series).
If you merely want to know his recommendation, here it is: vote YES on Prop 139 (abortion rights) and NO on ALL of the rest of the 100 and 300 series of propositions. If you want to understand the proposition language and reasoning behind those recommendations and the arguments you can advance to others against all but 139, then you may want to attend.”
