“Join us on March 28th for NO KINGS: From Tucson to Oro Valley — Corners of Democracy & Eight Miles of Action!
Community members across Southern Arizona are coming together for a coordinated, nonviolent day of action stretching along Oracle Road from the Tucson Mall north to Oro Valley. Instead of one centralized rally, this event will create a visible corridor of democracy across six major intersections, showing that our communities stand together in support of democratic values and the rule of law.
This is one unified event made possible by many local groups working together. Each intersection will be co-hosted by an organization or team of volunteers who help steward their corner by welcoming participants, supporting safety, and creating a positive, community-centered presence.
We are currently looking for:
• Organizations, congregations, civic groups, or teams of volunteers willing to co-host an intersection (Co-hosts help mobilize participants, support a welcoming environment, and coordinate volunteers at their location.)
• Volunteers to join the Safety Squad at each intersection (Training and guidance will be provided.)
• Medics willing to support participant wellbeing at each location.
If you or your organization would like to get involved, please contact Amy (asgosla5@proton.me) or Katie (kteAct@proton.me)
And of course, sign up to participate at the location of your choice.
Together, from Tucson to Oro Valley, we are putting democracy into action — corner by corner, community by community.
No thrones. No crowns. No kings.
Sign up for the Oro Valley corner (Intersection #6 of 6
