Vote on By-Laws Amendments at DGT

This Monday, Nov. 25th at Noon, TheDGT.org will hold a meeting for Members to vote on proposed amendments to the Democrats of Greater Tucson Bylaws, drafted and approved by the Board of Directors, and now proposed to the Membership.

This meeting is held pursuant to the current Bylaws provisions regarding amendments:

ARTICLE XI – AMENDMENTS

This document may be amended by a two-thirds affirmative vote of the members present and voting provided that the amendment or amendments are submitted in writing at a prior meeting of the membership.
