Fee Free weekend at U.S. National Parks

NPW2014_page_header

Enjoy our U.S. National parks for free on April 19 and 20.  Only 133 of our country’s 401 national parks usually charge an entrance fee. Saguaro National Park is near Tucson.  We’ve recently been to Tuzigoot National Monument near Cottonwood and it’s definitely worth a visit to see those medieval ruins.

Here’s the list of free national parks in Arizona this weekend:

Arizona
Casa Grande Ruins National Monument
Chiricahua National Monument
Glen Canyon National Recreation Area
Grand Canyon National Park
