Former Governor Jesse Ventura gets it right on torture

Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura recently was a guest on Larry King Live! (isn't that an oxymoron?) and wasted no time in getting to the torture issue (at 1:20 into the video).

Some snippets from Ventura:

"We've created our own Hanoi Hilton. We can live with that?"

"I would prosecute every person that was involved in that torture… because torture is against the law."

Jesse Ventura was a Navy Seal trained in SERE school: "I was waterboarded, so I know… everyone of us was waterboarded, its torture… it is drowning."

And this classic:

"I'll put it to you this way: you give me a waterboard, Dick Cheney and one hour and I'll have him confess to the Sharon Tate murders."
