Huppenthal gets preliminary Ethnic Studies audit report

by David Safier

The first shoe has dropped with the Ethnic Studies audit report.

A preliminary report on TUSD's ethnics studies program has been turned in to the state department of education.

What's in it? The ADE isn't saying. The report will be reviewed to see if it's complete, and it will be released . . . sometime.

A final report is expected by the end of May, but it could be delayed. State officials have said they will only release the final draft of the report.

Are we going to have tantalizing little tidbits served up to us, or will Huppenthal, et al, keep their counsel until the eventual release date? Time will tell.

  1. Have there been any Huppenthal sightings since election day? Seems like we’ve had more UFO sightings! Perhaps he’s recovering from his exhausting campaign, which consisted of putting up signs every thirty feet. Or maybe he’s just holed up in his office trying to figure out what the hell he believes in.
