Jan Brewer: ‘It’s good to be Queen!’

There is now no doubt that Arizona has gone down the rabbit hole into the surreal world of Alice in Wonderland.

After the Red Queen Jan Brewer and her Star Chamber denied AIRC Chair Colleen Mathis any due process in summarily dismissing her by executive fiat, in court pleadings on Monday the Red Queen argued that "the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission lacks the legal authority to file a lawsuit challenging her decision." Brewer to Arizona Supreme Court: Redistrict panel cannot file suit.

"It's good to be Queen!" chortled the evil Red Queen.

This is still America, lady! Anybody can sue anybody else. And we are all equally entitled to due process of law.
