The Accidental Governor, Jan Brewer, and the Republican-dominated legislature are the worst failures in Arizona history, without equal, as we have documented at this blog over the past two years.

But Jan Brewer, the queen of making up shit, says it all has been a great success. Black is white, up is down, war is peace, etc. This is the Doublespeak of George Orwell's "1984."

Jan Brewer’s campaign mailers are now hitting voter mailboxes, and her new video ad is hitting the airwaves — and both of them are missing the truth.

In the mailers and video, Brewer claims she balanced the budget (FALSE), led a jobs recovery (FALSE), and secured our long-term prosperity (FALSE).

The self-anointed "Truthteller" has failed again. But one truth was confirmed by the mailers and video: Brewer pretends Arizona is enjoying a comeback at the very time she is doing untold damage to our state.
