Rep. John Shadegg is retiring from Congress to take his ventriloquist act on the comedy club tour. That baby Maddie is amazing. As often as I have seen this video, I have yet to see Maddie's lips moving when the dummy is speaking. How does she do it? Easy work for Shadegg.
