Our northern states have higher salaries and standards of living than the southern states. It must be the superior culture in the north that makes the difference, with a little Divine Providence thrown in for good measure.

And they also pay their own way…not so for “red” states, that take more in Fed $$ than their “blue” counterparts. Just sayin’
And they don’t have the haboobs we’ve got in the state legislature.
