Keith Olbermann returns at the FOK News Channel ("Friends of Keith") with a Special Comment: Libya, Obama and the Five-Second Rule. I tend to agree with his cogent arguments. The War Powers Act only gives the president the power to respond to an emergency situation. The president must still make his case for any military action to the Congress and to the American people. I urge President Obama to do so without further delay.
