#KraziKari Fully Melts Down at Turning Point in Phoenix. Watch Her Full Diatribe, and Despair of the #AZGOP.

On Sunday at the Turning Point Action’s AmFest in Phoenix, Kari Lake repeated her greatest hits of lies and misinformation:

• she attacked the media repeatedly (though only TPUSA media producers were present);
• lied about 300K ballots without a chain of custody and lies that 25K votes ‘just appeared’ (both claims debunked and dismissed by the court);
• reveled in being called a ‘denier’ and ‘deplorable’;
• said her ‘pronouns’ are “I won“;
• called the Second Amendment the “most important amendment”;
• calls]ed Maricopa Supervisor Bill Gates a “fraudster“;
• said she’s going to “burn it to the ground“, with ‘it’ being our election system;
• railed against vaccinations and insults Dr. Fauci as an “evil elf” and demands he be “locked up“;
• said MAGA aren’t going to answer to the FBI anymore (not sure what that means, but it sounds bad…);
• said “we are Americans and we bow to one king: God“, which tells you that you aren’t really an American if you don’t worship her god;
• claimed that “these bastards want to drag [Trump] through the mud…”;
• called her opponents “our enemy“;
• urged the young people present to start families but beware of bringing a “commie” home to Mom and Dad while trying to play matchmaker to the weirdos and incels in attendance.
• claimed that Democrats are trying to “usher in Communism“;

Finally, she claimed she would take her election contest (which she claimed is the “strongest election lawsuit this country has ever put forth“) to Supreme Court if necessary (I doubt there is even any basis to even get into Federal Court…) and asked for prayers (and money at her special fundraising site… ) for her legal team, and to read the lawsuit (which explains why it reads more like a press release than a legal filing…). She also complained about legal sanctions against the MAGA lawyers bringing these baseless suits, as if the sanctions were based on anything other than ethical duty violations.

Some even odder moments occurred, too: Kari mal-appropriately referred the surrender of the Confederacy at Appomattox Court House as a key moment of American freedom (her audience went silent in response to that reference, not surprisingly given that most would have supported the Confederacy…). Weirdest of all, she claims that the MAGA movement is so massive and powerful that ‘they’ had to steal the election in broad daylight, instead of the ‘dead of night’ like in 2020. That makes zero sense: if we were furtively stealing an election against a powerful movement who are aware of what we’re doing in 2022 (as Lake claims), wouldn’t we hide our theft EVEN BETTER than in 2020, rather than doing the dirty in broad daylight? Whatever. It doesn’t have to make sense apparently; perhaps it is better rhetorically if it’s bananas…

It was a shockingly radical and crazy rant, but the crowd lapped it up, and she seemed totally calm and rational the whole time – which is perhaps the scariest part of all. She’s much more coherent, confident, and persuasive in telling her lies and promoting fascism in the guise of ‘freedom’ than Trump ever was. MAGA has a new leading lady, which is no surprise: MAGA loves a loser to help them grind their grievances and sense of victimhood.
