Last month, Failed President and Convicted Felon Donald Trump was caught, thanks to Robert F. Kennedy’s son, on video, agreeing with the Independent Presidential candidate and family loon that vaccines for children are bad.
While another question may be if Trump is colluding with Kennedy to siphon voters from the Democrats (Trump says we’re gonna win,) the lead science denier in the country falsely claimed that:
“A vaccination that is like 38 different vaccines and it looks like it’s meant for a horse, not a, you know, 10-pound or 20-pound baby…then you see the baby all of a sudden starting to change radically. I’ve seen it too many times. And then you hear that it doesn’t have an impact, right?”
Remember Donald Trump has been consistently on the campaign trail advocating against solar panels and wind power because it kills birds.
He is also against clean energy electric car mandates and the removal of gas stoves.
Later that month, at a rally in Minnesota, Mr. Trump threatened to withhold federal funds from public schools if they required childhood vaccinations and masks.
Not sure what is more scary.
Trump saying it or the multitudes in the audience that applauded it.
Trump’s running mate J.D. ‘Women should stay in abusive marriages’ Vance, said in 2021:
“If you want to experiment on somebody’s kids, Kamala Harris, AOC, and so forth, have your own kids, lay off of mine…This is about doing what you want to do with your own family, with your own rights.”
As the moderator in the above video excerpt and writers like those in the Associated Press reported, vaccines are essential to prevent childhood illnesses and deaths like measles, polio, and COVID-19.
According to the Associated Press:
“Vaccines prevent an estimated 3.5 million to 5 million deaths every year, according to the World Health Organization, nearly eliminating many once-common diseases in regions where vaccines are easily accessible.”
Furthermore, as the moderator in the video reported, denying vaccines and failing to administer them would eventually cause a public health emergency and “medical disaster.”
Also, withdrawing federal funds to public schools that require vaccines (virtually all of them do) would be the death knell to public education which is what the voucher-loving MAGA supporters would relish as long as they can get those monies to fund their religious or extreme right indoctrination schools, either at home or some white nationalist church like Turning Point.
This graph from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as reported by the Los Angeles Times says it all.

This child-endangering position by science-denying and ignorant Donald Trump and J.D. Vance should be receiving more attention than it is receiving.
If these two vaccine-skeptical loonies get their way, we will be going back to a time (pre-1950s when the MAGA world wants to take us) when childhood diseases threaten the health and lives of millions of children.
That is a personal and national health risk the adults in this country can not ignore and should not accept.
Remember that when voting on November 5. 2024.
