#LyingLoserLake Stops Lying about Recorder Richer Under Threat of Actual Accountability and Penalty

Kari Lake has been publicly backpedaling on her claims of election corruption now that she faces actual consequences for her lies. Many news outlets have recognized Lake’s backpedaling, but few have recognized the central role Steven Richer’s defamation lawsuit is playing in her climb down. Seems that when actual financial consequences for lying are put on the table, Kari Lake folds on her bluff.

She has NO evidence of any fraud and has never produced even a shred of evidence of such at any of her trials on her wild and overstated allegations. She consistently blows plenty of smoke, but has never once produced any flame. Now we can see that she’s always and only been using a smoke machine.

Having seen that the courts are more than capable of punishing a liar with Trump’s $83 million award for lying about and defaming E. Jean Carol, and Giuliani’s $148 million penalty for his lies about election workers, Kari has only now stopped publicly claiming that the election – which she lost – was stolen by any particular persons in any particular way. Instead she lamely offers vague answers that she doesn’t really know who stole it or how – she just believes she could not have lost – because, reasons…

She fears – rightly – that any more specific answer will expose her to enormous legal liability. This is the ONLY way you can get an inveterate and practiced liar to stop: to make their lies COST them dearly. As a nation we need to take note of what has actually worked to stem the tide of blatant and provable falsehoods by our political figures – sue the hell out of them.

It’s worked on Trump and Guiliani, at least to real and specific people who fight back. It’s now also worked on Lake. We need to keep it up and support those who are traduced, libeled and slandered by lying liars like #LyingLoserLake.
