I previously posted that "Marshall Home™ is no longer a candidate for office and will mercifully disappear from this blog."
Unfortunately, I was wrong. "Vexatious litigant" Marshall Home™ has filed a Notice of Appeal from the order dismissing his petiton challenge against Jonathan Rothschild and, oddly, a Notice of Claim against the City of Tucson, which is a claim for damages (below). Like a bad penny, this crazy loon keeps turning up.
Easy prediction: The Arizona Supreme Court denies his pro se appeal, and the City of Tucson denies his Notice of Claim. Followed by another frivolous lawsuit from our sovereign citizen vexatious litigant, unless the long arm of the law catches up to this menace to society first for his foreclosure scam.
