Ealier this week, Senator McNasty, John McCain, told bold-faced lies to the editors of the Arizona Republic about how he suspended his campaign in 2008 for the TARP bailout. McCain's revisionist history lie about the TARP bailout Now McCain has doubled-down on his lies. Or is it the onset of senile dementia?

Johnny Liar is oblivious to the existence of newfangled technology like videotape, audio recordings, newspaper reports or even books. Johnny Liar is so used to the Arizona McMedia simply reporting whatever he says without any fact-checking that facts don't matter – his situational reality is whatever he says it is at that moment.

Jed Lewison at Daily kos reports Daily Kos: Still confused:

John McCain, 2010 (emphasis added):

"I suspended my campaign — as did Senator Obama — to come back to Washington because the President had told me that we were in a world financial collapse. That's why I did what I did. I always said that consistently."

McCain's claim that Barack Obama suspended his campaign comes a few days after McCain claimed that Bush had asked him to suspend his campaign, and it's just as false.

In case McCain needs a reminder of what actually happened, here's video of then-Senator Obama rejecting McCain's demand that he suspend his campaign and skip the presidential debate:

There's lies, there's liars, and then there's John McCain.
