 The Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, labor unions, developers, homeless advocates, elected leaders, non-profit organizations, Zoo advocates, Parks advocates, education advocates, after-school program advocates and Sheriff Clarence Dupnik all oppose Prop 200. They are liberals and conservatives, often with nothing in common politically except they understand what Prop 200 would do to Tucson.

  1. Lezli, you are an uninformed buffoon. The only lawyer on this blog employed by the government is Michael Bryan. He does not post from his day job on government time or equipment. Your allegation is both false and defamatory – a civil tort for which you could be sued (You are not worth the time and effort). And by the way, even public employees have First Amendment rights in their personal life. Public employees are limited by the federal Hatch Act and Arizona’s “little” Hatch Act from engaging in certain political activities, but not all activities. So it is you who should stop practicing law without a license.
