Keith Olberman destroys the spurious claims of Bill O'Rielly that the Bush torture program was no different than what British Prime Minister Winston Churchill did during World War II. Not only is this historically inaccurate, it is legally irrelevant. The Convention Against Torture and U.S. laws against torture were enacted decades later, and those laws apply directly to the illegal torture program of the Bush administration.

Using Winston Churchill to justify illegal torture is the despicable act of a bottom-feeder sewer dweller.
