In case you haven't heard, the comet Pan Starrs is making its maiden voyage through Earth's skies this week. Last night we braved high winds on A Mountain to wave as it flew by.
It will be visible through Friday in Tucson just after sunset. Be patient and bring a long camera lens or binoculars. Here's some background from the Arizona Daily Star.
