George Carlin 1996 did a stand-up monologue about abortion which is just as pertinent today as it was 26 years ago. I – like everyone else on this issue of abortion – have my thoughts. Here’s what I wonder abouut
- Why would Republicans be so against abortion, don’t they know that it may increase the minority vote?
- If Republicans are concerned about saving a life, why is it that they are against gun control?
- If Republicans were for gun control, wouldn’t you think that they would realize that they may just increase the Republican vote? Or do they think it will decrease the minority vote?
- Why are Republicans against abortion but are for the death penalty?
- If Republicans are so worried about the unborn, why are they so against Medicare for All?
- If Republicans are so worried about the unborn, why were they so against Obamacare? (The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act)
- If abortion control saved these 19 children at one time in Uvalde lack of gun control took back their lives.
- If Republicans are so worried about the unborn, why are they doing everything in their power to restrict voting when those kids come of age?
ONCE YOU ARE BORN YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
George Carlin from 1996
- Conservatives are obsessed with a fetus from conception to 9 months after that they don’t want to hear of knowing anything about you. No neonatal care, No daycare, No school lunch, No food stamps, No welfare, NO NOTHING.
- Conservatives don’t want to know or worry about you till you reach military age.
- Why is it that most of the people who are against abortion are the ones who you wouldn’t want to have relations with anyways?
- Conservatives are not pro-life, but anti-women.
- Conservatives want women to act like a broodmare for the State.
- You don’t see any of them ever volunteering to have a transplanted black fetus put into their womb. And you don’t see any of them adopting any unwanted black babies, do you?
- No probably not, but perhaps that’s something Christ would do.
