For those of you still holding onto those 1 million+ early mail-in ballots, why? Be sure you drop them off on election day. No more excuses!
For those of you planning to vote in person on election day, be sure you take some bottled water, maybe something to eat, a folding chair if you think you will need it, and plan on waiting in line during the surge hours early in the morning and in late evening. And wear a damn mask!
I have no information on whether the nonpartisan Election Defenders will be bringing Joy to the Polls to your polling location, but if not, bring a boom box or a sound bar with a bluetooth connection to your play list on your cell phone and make your own Joy to the Polls. Don’t let the voter suppression get you down! And let’s build a blue tsunami in Arizona!
I love us so much. We rise. Always. https://t.co/bEySCGf2hr

Black people are amazing. We all know that these insanely long lines are a form of voter suppression. Yes, we are fighting like hell against it (and other forms of oppression), but at the same time, we are fighting like hell to preserve our joy. https://t.co/T4h1oeyMcW

Bring your own Joy to the Polls!! It is, or should be, a joyous occasion. Use your voice, your power for good. Drop off those ballots in a drop box or hand carry them into any polling station on Election Day. If you have a filled out ballot, you don’t have to wait in line to drop it off at a polling station. Make sure it’s signed, dated and has your phone number in it. Then DROP IT! Feels great!
