  1. Great update on the RTA Next results. Since only 30% of registered voters decided this, I’m curious if the oversight for this new 20-year plan will be as transparent as the new state regulations we’re seeing in other sectors. For instance, I was reading a breakdown of how the government is now strictly licensing online operators at https://guiadektobrasil.com/ to ensure consumer protection and financial clarity. Do you think the Pima County oversight committee will provide that same level of public, verified data on where every cent of this half-cent sales tax is going, or will we have to rely on “provisional” updates for the next two decades?

    • Who knows? Wait & see how this RTA Next unfolds. The original RTA plan encountered many financial setbacks, the crisis in 2008 and then the covid pandemic. Hopefully the projects from the first RTA will be completed soon, such as Grant Rd. and the Dowtown Links underpass.
