With early voting starting today (October 9, 2024) in Arizona, voters need to remember to vote for the down-ballot races as well as the top ticket items like the Presidential, Senate, and Congressional Contests.
To that end, two local candidates, Arizona Legislative District (LD) 16 State Representative Keith Seaman and Maricopa County Sheriff Candidate Tyler Kamp have launched new ads to either educate voters about them or their opponents.
Saying his only goal is “To make Arizona a better place to live,” State Representative Seaman stresses his experience in his ADLCC-produced ad and his ability to “get stuff” done like “getting drugs off our streets,” and “working with Republicans” to help toughen border security.
The Kamp ad takes a different approach with their ad, reminding people how bad Jerry Sheridan, a Joe Arpaio lackey, and election denier, would be if he were elected to become the next Maricopa County Sheriff.
The ad also stresses Mr. Sheridan’s worship of Donald Trump, harassment of the Latino Community which cost the county $350 million, his defiance and possible continued defiance of court orders, his utilization of racist language, and his placement on the Brady List.
The piece closes with a call to reject Mr. Sheridan at the ballot box.
