Check Out the Latest Lincoln Project Ad, Calling the House Republicans a Real Life “House of Horrors”

The Lincoln Project is getting into the holiday spirit this Halloween, warning voters that the House Republicans are more representative of a real “House of Horrors” than any residence hosting fictitious ghosts, demons, witches, werewolves, vampires, and zombies.

In the ad, which mixes up pictures of the House Republicans with scenes and art from horror movies, the narrator ably points out that election season should be scary to voters this year because the Trump Republican “House of Horrors is right around the corner and it’ll last far past Halloween.”

The narrator then explains what’s coming, stating:

“The lunatics are in charge of the asylum. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz, and Jim Jordan will be running the show (let’s not forget what will happen if Arizonans like Debbie Lesko, Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs, David Schweikert, and the other Trump Republican house nominees prevail.)

“They’ll wreck the economy, try to end Social Security to give Elon Musk a tax cut, destroy the F.B.I. and Department of Justice for investigating Trump. They’ll make America change sides in Ukraine to help Vladimir Putin win. Think they’ll cut inflation? Lower gas prices? Help working Americans? Sorry! More chaos, more destruction, more violence, more Trump. That’s the real terror the Republicans are promising. This horror movie has a dark ending, and no one gets out alive unless you vote them out.”

Truer words were never said.

Voters need to turn out and vote on November 8 so Arizona and the country do not have to endure the Republican “House of Horrors” Two.
