The ‘Alaska Disasta’ gets booed by Philadelphia Flyers fans

Philadelphia sports fans are among the most unforgiving in America (even more so than New Yorkers).  Some genius in the McCain campaign thought it would be a good idea to have "hockey mom" Sarah Palin drop the puck at last night’s Philadelphia Flyers game.  Sports fans do not appreciate politics intruding upon their favorite pastime – what the hell were they thinking?  Flyers fans loudly boo the Alaska Disasta as she takes the ice before the music gets cranked up to drown out her raucous reception.  The self-proclaimed hockey mom handles the puck like it’s the first time she has ever seen one.  Watch:
